We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have up to 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with all original tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item.
⚠️ Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at shopecore1@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom or personalized products, personal care items (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without justification. The item must still be unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
